OUTDOOR AERIAL YOGA

When: Every Wednesday at 6:30pm-7:30pm (Starts July 8th - August 26th)

Where: Fresh Air Fitness Outdoor Yoga Platform

Alternating Instructors: Marissa Friess and Heidi Hesselink

Description: This is a great class to begin or continue your aerial yoga practice. You will learn the safety, fun and bliss that you can experience in your aerial hammock. Enjoy practicing in the elements of nature and learn many ways to use your hammock as a prop to support your yoga practice. Come hang out and experience two yoga teachers that will alternate each week.

Self-Investment: 8 Week Investment: $120 / Drop-ins: $19 / Hammock Rentals: $10
