PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES
AT WANDERING WELLNESS & HARMONY
A private class is customized by the level of experience for one up to six individuals. The teacher will ask the student(s) their needs and requests based on health history. Styles of yoga offered are complete beginner, hatha (gentle yoga), vinyasa (more advanced postures), yin (deep stretching), or restorative (relaxation). All yoga props are included.
Private/Semi-Private Yoga (1-2 Participants)

Small Group Yoga Private (3-6 Participants)

WELLNESS WORKSHOPS
There will be yoga events and wellness workshops offered each month that you can pre-register for as there are only 6 spots available. More details about events will be posted here and on the monthly newsletter.

FRESH AIR FLOW YOGA
When: Every Wednesday at 7:00pm-8:00pm (July 9th - August 20th)
Description: Come enjoy a slow flow yoga class at Fresh Air Fitness! The outdoor yoga platform is located between the soccer field and ball diamonds at Woodlawn Regional Park. Weather permitting this class will be held inside at OM Yoga Studio. This will be a gentle (yang/yin) class with options for beginners or any level of experience. Yoga blocks, yoga straps and cushions are provided. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
